2026 Accountability Program
As I am writing this, it’s New Year’s Eve! Tomorrow, some people will be making very confident promises to themselves, and most of those promises will be politely forgotten in a few weeks.
I’m totally here for optimism and intentional living – I just prefer it with a plan.
I have my own lofty fitness, savings, business AND creativity goals for 2026 and I’m excited to rip the cellophane off this brand spanking new year. Before you come for me – yes I am well aware that AnYtImE is a gOoD tiMe to sTaRt! but hey shut up, okay? New Years Resolutions can be really fun and motivating. As for the rest of you life-changers out there, I’m opening a small number of spots for a cheeky 2026 Accountability Buddy arrangement.
This is for people who genuinely want support with their health, fitness, creativity or skill-building goals and know that accountability and a little incentive would help them stay consistent.
This is for people who want some company along their journey, someone they can share their wins with.
And most of all, this is for people who have a praise kink.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all setup, this is application based. I want to understand what you’re working towards and why it matters to you, so this stays meaningful (and fun) for both of us – and so I don’t get a bunch of people gaming the system for free chats.
How it works
- This runs for the entirety of 2026.
- You’ll check in with me when you complete a meaningful action aligned with your goal, providing some sort of proof that you have done the thing.
- I respond with encouragement, praise, and motivation.
- Your consistency gets rewarded with more than just praise.
- No shame or judgement for when you miss a check-in – this is a positive space that celebrates the wins.
- No excuses – if you didn’t do the thing, just don’t check in. If you miss a whole month, I will still be here waiting to encourage you when you get back on track.
- We can chat via Email, Bluesky DMs, Snapchat, SMS or Whatsapp – whatever works best for you.

- 3+ check-in days in a week → a cheeky photo of me
- 12+ check-in days in a month → a video from me and a 20% discount on my *other* services for the following month, up to a discount value of $2000.
What kinds of goals this suits
- Building a regular movement or exercise habit
- Increasing overall activity or fitness
- Eating more intentionally (for example, eating a rainbow or prioritising nourishing meals, remembering to eat 3 meals a day if that’s a struggle for you)
- Showing up consistently for creative projects (writing, art, music, etc.)
- Practising a new skill or learning consistently (languages, coding, craft, etc.)
- Maintaining a daily or weekly self-care or routine habit
This isn’t about perfection, restriction, or extremes. It is about progress, and showing up for something consistently, week after week, so you can pursue what you are passionate about.
2026 Accountability Buddy — Rules & Rewards
- Payment & Duration: $360 upfront ($30/month) secures your spot for the full year. Non-refundable – this is your VIP pass for 2026 motivation.
- Limited spots: Only a few spots available, so I can give proper attention. Applications stay open until all spots are filled.
- Start date: 1 January 2026. Early applicants get the most praise and rewards!
- Applications: You must tell me your goal and what you hope to achieve. I choose who this is a good fit for – no low-effort or “easy win” submissions.
- Check-ins: Only the days you actually check in count. One meaningful action per day = one check-in day. Photos, screenshots, or agreed evidence work. Old or unrelated content won’t count. A sweaty post-workout photo, a snap of your nutritious meal, a screenshot of your tracking app, we can talk about how this will look for your specific goal.
- Scope: I’m your accountability buddy, not a coach, therapist, or nutritionist. This is pure motivation and encouragement – no critique, feedback, or professional advice.
- Response frequency: I’ll generally reply at least once a day, and will give notice if I’m unavailable for same-day responses (holidays, travel, etc.).
- Rewards:
- 3 check-in days in a week → a cheeky photo tailored to your tastes
- 12 check-in days in a month → a motivational video celebrating your progress (not porn; nudity optional and negotiable). Also qualifies you for a 20% discount on all other services for the following month, to a maximum discount of $2000.
- Privacy: All check-ins and messages are private and confidential.
- Meat-free zone: As a wholefood plant-based vegan, I do not want to receive photos of meals including meat, and also do not want to receive photos of your dick. Food-based check-ins I would agree to would be more of an “eat the rainbow” type of goal, I do not condone eating animal products, and as for photos of your dick, well that’s just inappropriate. If you want to send me those, you need to pay for sexting services separately.
